Carlos Rivera, FNP-BC

With more than 29 years of nursing experience, Carlos Rivera, FNP-BC is a caring and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who takes pride in providing compassionate, personalized care. A proud veteran, Carlos brings discipline, dedication, and heart to every patient interaction.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is passionate about making healthcare accessible and comfortable for all patients ages 6 and up. His extensive experience spans primary care, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness — helping patients heal and feel their best.
